Your First Visit

1. One-on-One Consultation

After your paperwork is complete, you’ll meet with Dr. Standridge for a one-on-one consultation to talk about:

Your health history and current symptoms
What may be causing your pain
Your personal goals for care

2. Chiropractic Exam

Next, we’ll perform a thorough chiropractic exam, and if needed, take X-rays so we can see exactly what’s happening inside your spine. This information helps us create a custom treatment plan designed just for you.

3. Follow-Up

During your follow-up, Dr. Standridge will:

Review your exam and X-ray results
Explain what’s really going on
Recommend a care plan that fits your goals and lifestyle
Provide your first adjustment or therapy session if appropriate
Share simple steps to support healing at home
